The luminous, open-plan interior flows from a stylish living room — with a convertible sofa sleeping two additional guests — through a fully-equipped designer kitchen to an elegant dining area. A separate laundry room with guest WC adds effortless practicality.

Two exquisite en-suite bedrooms complete the main level. The master suite features a generous 180×210cm king-size bed and a sleek walk-in shower bathroom, while the charming children's room provides two separate 90×210cm beds and its own walk-in shower bathroom.

But Villa Riesling's true showstopper is the lower-level entertainment suite (approx. 45m²) — not a basement, but a bright, airy space that opens directly onto its own private terrace with two comfortable armchairs and a small table, all enjoying the same breathtaking views of Motovun. Outside, a sparkling 9×3m heated pool, four luxury sunbeds, and a cosy outdoor coffee corner overlooking the pool create the perfect setting for sun-drenched Istrian days. The 50m² covered terrace with a professional outdoor kitchen and built-in BBQ and an elegant outdoor dining area invite long, memorable meals al fresco. A table tennis table and a private EV charger round out the offering. The exquisitely landscaped gardens — adorned with olive trees, cypresses, and grapevines — frame a panorama of the medieval hilltop town of Motovun that will take your breath away, morning and evening alike.
